Woodland Primrose

Often there are messages in nature pictures. This one is about determination. This primrose was pounded by hard rain and stomped on along a trail, but it was determined to blossom once more. It did, and it did so in filtered light seeming to spotlight its achievement.

Nice low light capture. Tough conditions to get such a sharp image. You either have the steadiest hands in the world or must use a tripod.
