Witch Hobble is an easily spotted shrub that grows in the Spruce-Fir forest in the upper elevations of the Park. Their rounded leaves are easy to spot because so few shrubs grow in that environment. In autumn their leaves turn yellow, orange, russet and red. This photo of one of its cluster flowers was taken above a mile up this past May.
