I have had a bit of a mad dash today. I’ve been at school all day, then came home to dinner guests arriving in less than an hour. I manage to pull together a home-made quiche, some tabbouleh, salad and a “pudding” of cheese and biscuits in that time. These are the things I forgot to serve up because I was so panicked!
