This stupid faucet has leaked and or not worked right form the day we moved in. I ended up changing every component out of the guts and I think it's going to be fine? Plumbing in it's very nature is maddening, even more so than electrical work.

Had it been anything more than a faucet, a plumber would have had to come in as I'd have smashed the sink to bits wrestling with wrenches and cussing MF's at a rate of about 5 gallons per minute. No filter for sure when I am working on this stuff. None at all!
