Our son (the paramedic) is in the Volunteer Program at a nearby city's fire department.
They do a huge fundraiser Pancake Breakfast every Memorial Day before the town's parade.
This is a shot of the great turnout they had this year.

Funds raised are used to help support the Volunteer Program for their firefighters, and to
maintain their antique historic fire engine which is used in parades and such.
