This great scene was echoed several times on our visit to the Pompidou,as there were several classes having a visit to the museum.
These kids were behaving beautifully, each with a "backpack-pillow" to sit on, and a couple of moms to keep order.

Here they are intrigued by the docent who is telling them
about Sonia Delaunay's painting of concentric circles called "Electric Prisms", painted in 1914.

Bringing the explanation of an abstract image down to an 6 year old's level,
the docent had a swatch of colorful fabric samples which she would ruffle through, as you can see in her hand,
spinning the samples around in circles, which made the image behind her come alive !

What fun to see this in action!
