A bright morning with white clouds today, finally, after more than 2 weeks of heavy rainy days.
The second stage of the Central-Wanchai Bypass Tunnel is almost complete.
The third stage further out into the typhoon shelter will start after this bit of temporary reclamation is removed.
There will be another few years of chaos in the typhoon shelter.
