TelMex is the largest land line phone provider in Mexico and much of Latin America,controlling 90% of the market and in the process making Carlos "Slim" Helu the second wealthiest man in the world with assets of 71.2 billion dollars.The average resort worker in Mexico earns $3-5 per day.At $3.00/call most Mexicans would have to put out a days wage to make one phone call.Doesn't seem quite right does it?
