"Something I made"

April 2014 Challenge - 30 Things

My daughter-in-law brought a meal of slow-cooked lamb shanks
(real yummy they were)
I baked the courgettes, shallots, peppers, tomatoes and cheese,
plus potatoes mashed with cheese grilled on top

That looks really good, Janice. I bake Zucchini with all those ingredients, except the cheese. I might have to try your style too.
