This photo was taken at about the maximum soft focus setting on the Canon EF 135mm f/2.8 Soft Focus lens. There are three settings on this lens 0,1 and 2. At zero the lens is darn sharp. At one it is soft and and at 2 is it very soft. At larger apertures of course you see more of the effect.

This was taken on setting 2 and really it is pretty soft for portrait work.

The 135mm Soft Focus is still a great little lens to have in your bag.
