Barry - I believe that at least the third shot was a pregnant female. She appeared to be very uncomfortable.

I love your shots of the zebra. In this shot it's interesting to study how different they are, like our thumb prints they have their individual butt stripes.

These are a great set. I was reading somewhere the other day that there is a new theory that the stripes help keep away the flies. Are the bellies usually like this or could they be pregnant I wonder?
