You go now. Your not welcome here… Geese have invaded my home town and theres not too much one can do about it.

I just signed papers today on the covenants and restrictions to belong to our new home owners association. There was an entire chapter on feeding and (not) encouraging wildlife to hang around. Basically "don't feed the geese" was put into lawyer speak over 3 pages of double spaced mumbo jumbo. Add in deer and the other feral critters. Common sense must be dead if they have to spell out every nuance of why one should not feed the geese. They shit everywhere and it's in plain sight. No more explanation needed.

Lawyers (being parties of the first part) seem to be incapable of speaking English with regard to and with due appropriateness (as defined in appendix LVI, sub-paragraph 4) to those who do not pursue the Shysterian career path. But mind you, some of today's hyper-regulation comes from thoughtless idiots who don't "get it". A few years back I lived in a block of units where one woman would keep leaving copious quantities of feed out for the pigeons despite others telling her to knock it off. Result? Bird crud all over the cars, over the washing on the airing lines, over everything.
