They think they own the levee and the river. Marathon and Dupont are the same way. I even had a security guard from Shell Chemical drive out to that point of the levee in the spillway and ask me what I was taking pictures of. They apparently don't know that the crews of every ship that comes up the river are foreigners and they all have cameras.
