Good chewing sticks are hard to find this winter
Buried underneath all the frozen snow
The Lady says this one might last me until spring comes
If I can just get it all the way home!

A nicely balanced photo. Baldr is the King of the big sticks! I have no doubt he will drag that home and maybe, just maybe it will last until you all can see the ground up there. V

Fantastic shot! In mono it is very compelling and shows the starkness (and beauty) of the never-ending winter. Baldr doesn't seem to mind, though. V

I relate to the crisp look, the trees blening into the woods. I had property inupstate NY like this and i miss it.
