This is my Spirea coated with ice caused by the melting snow coming off the roof and dripping on it. It got up to 26F ( -3C) today with sunshine all day. The morning low was actually -9F ( -23C) which broke the record of -3F (set in 1948) for the low for the day. The -9F also set a record for the lowest temperature "ever" recorded in March since they started keeping records here. Normal for this day is: 39F for a high and 23F for a low. The next few days should bring more sunshine and temperatures around freezing. I just might believe Spring is coming :-)
