My wife and I love rhubarb. When we had a house and yard in Anchorage, Alaska, we had rhubarb plants all over the place and harvested a lot. Now we only have a condo there and try to grow it on the small back porch. Fortunately we have a lot of friends there who have an excess of rhubarb so we can still make a variety of things from it. Love the low-bush cranberries (lingonberries) a lot as well.
