They are priceless when you find a part you
need and have sought out far and wide.
The rest of the time they are yard art
for Looky Lou’s and Photographers.
Once in a while someone drags one away
to be restored, but it ends up being
a seed for a new bone yard!
I miss every old truck I’ve had.
I hope that they have had
an afterlife on the road or
at least in a bone yard
and not in a crusher.
