Contemplating the next move.....

I like paper maps!
An electronic map that you pull up on a
phone or tablet isn’t really a map.
They work pretty good in a city, mostly when you are trying to get out!
I know where I am most of the time though I am trying to get lost!
With paper maps I can look up and see what
I am looking at on the map and know if it’s right or not.
I have found some great places on a paper map while
parked in places like this that I would have passed by.
I just sit there and stare at it and usually something
jumps out at me. A new road to someplace I’ve never been
or a new route to someplace I am going to anyway.
Hopefully finding something before
my coffee gets cold and I fall asleep.
Oh Yeah! Nothing sweeter than a local
driving by wondering why I am sitting in my
truck on their road, snoring and drooling on my map.
