The church is located in the El Carmen district in the historic center of Valencia and is largely surrounded by other buildings. Only the southern long side facing the Plaça de Sant Nicolau and parts of the western facade with the entrance portal are exposed. The church is therefore sometimes difficult for visitors to find.
