Oh yes, you really nailed this one nicely; the division into 3 (the trees, the misty water beyond the pontoon (giving the dreamy content alluded to in the title) and the clear water in the foreground works very well, and I like how you've focused in on the pontoon itself to capture the shadow as the centrepiece (both literally and figuratively) of the shot.
