Opening in 1979, EBT Restaurant then used salvage décor from the historic, downtown, Kansas City department store.
Today, there are two dining nooks in matching, original elevators from the historic department store. This is one of them.
These elevator nooks are so popular with diners that they are booked up to 6 months in advance.
