From ALL the Airports I've been to in the World, one wins surely as the WORST, to avoid at any cost: LHR, London Heathrow! Always on repairs, do not show the gate until, sometimes 10 minutes before, and most of all, the particular RUDENESS of the staff! What happened to good old British education, politeness and hospitality I was taught by my English Grandmother?
