A member of Partido Obrero outside court to protest against an appeal by José Ángel Pedraza relating to the murder of Mariano Ferreyra.
Ferreyra, a member of the Workers Party, was shot and killed in October 2010 at a demonstration regarding railway workers rights. He was 23.
José Ángel Pedraza was the secretary of the Railway Union at the time and was sentenced to 15 years in prison for causing the murder of Ferreyra by organising an armed group to disrupt the demonstrators.
