This is a half sized image in low light. It has chosen an ISO speed of 1250 with a shutter speed of 1/20 sec and done a good job with the image stabilisation as you can see from the clock face (I was at 51mm equivalent focal length). It is not too grainy but then it has softened the photo quite a lot as you can see from the near total absence of roof tile edges. It seems to be selectively softening parts of the photo to a different extent, softening more those areas that would show annoying grain such as the sky and darker areas like the right side of the building and especially the foreground.
I can't notice any vignetting in the sky in the corners which is good news (but I am not using it at its widest angle). This could be an electronic correction rather than due to a better lens design but then I don't much care. As for far edge resolution then I am pleased with the edges of the copper plates at the top of the tower. For near edge resolution then the spike on the dome to the right is obviously well resolved. And for corner resolution then I am encouraged by the slats in the footbridge, bottom right, but would need much better light to make a judgment.
I could sharpen the image but then I would see grain in the sky.
