Red-Tailed Hawk From FAR Away

I believe this is a Red-Tailed Hawk? It was quite far away so this is very heavily cropped. I am more interested in confirming that it is such. There were three along Shay Road between Aiken and Brownlee. Unfortunately they continued travelling west instead of coming closer to me.
