Okay, the digital microscope is fun, but it is not my D800. This is with extension tubes and at the minimum distance, but even there, the magnification is not quite as much as with the microscope. However, the contrast, noise level, control over depth of field and exposure, ... is orders of magnitude better with the D800. Good thing I get something for the price difference!
