I'm a juicer, most every day. This week I'm going to be trying a new vegetable
for me - the Gold Beet. Beets are wonderful for juicing, but only in moderation.

They are also lovely roasted in a little olive oil and cloves of garlic then while warm, add to baby spinach, feta cheese and sprinkle with balsamic :)
