Thanks, Daniel! What I especially liked about Life Magazine was that, while they did stories and photo essays on the rich, famous and powerful, they also did excellent photo essays on everyday people going about their everyday lives doing everyday things. Those were the photos I loved ... the (mostly) unposed shots of everyday life, hence the name "Life" magazine! That mood or feeling is also the mood I like to try (mostly unsuccessfully) to capture in my photos. - Ken
This is a very nice image, KChristian, indeed! I I am not who to judge whether or not it is «In the style of Life Magazine», but it is definitely in the style of b&w photography of «those days»... And I like it. ~ db.
