Oasis of the Seas also offers passengers captivating theatrical productions. The Opal Theater,
Oasis of the Seas' state-of-the-art 1,380-seat main theater, features a thrust stage and
proscenium extending into the audience space to create a more intimate and interactive
environment. It which rivals any one on Broadway, with a spiral staircase at each side of the
stage and a moveable bridge across the top. Also incorporated into the stage are aerial wire
effects that are integrated into some of the shows, allowing performers to appear and some
completely unexpected place.

Entertainers make their entrances from unexpected locations around the venue and perform aerial
acrobatics enveloping audience members in an experience which unfolds around and above them.

Additional to the technical effects, great attention was placed on the audience experience offering
perfect sight lines to the stage from any seat. Oasis of the Seas debuted in 2009 with the
smash hit Broadway musical 'Hairspray' and the amazing aerial production show 'Come Fly with
Me'. Guests may book reservations for these productions either online before embarkation, at
the Box Office on the Royal Promenade, or from their stateroom televisions.
