Recent winter blows took down a trio of mature white cedar.
On my excursion today, I found the skillful clean-up.
3 nice tree length logs ready for market.

I always find it sad when trees come down. This is a lovely natural sculpture with the mossy base and the rich colour of the stump. V

Sad to lose the mature trees, but they left us with a fascinating sculptured stump. And the moss is a wonderful colorful touch. V
