It's a sight that won't be seen in this part of the world any time soon. I like the way you've arranged this one with essentially three layers of depth; the sidewalk in the foreground, the iced over body of water and then the buildings behind. Speaking of the latter, they provide just enough colour to drag the eye into the image without distracting from its overall feel of iciness.
