Cocoons from bur oak galls

These two tiny cocoons were removed from galls collected on bur oak trees: http://www.pbase.com/image/132722644. The wasp here, which emerged from one of the cocoons, may be a Cynipid wasp (which are the primary makers of the oak galls), but could also be a wasp parasitic on the Cynipid wasps.
