All 3 photos were taken as jpeg, processed in a similar way in Lightroom (moderate exposure, highlights, clarity, sharpening, NO noise reduction)

Sony jpeg was processed by camera as +1 sharpen and +1 contrast, high noise NR set at 'low'
Olympus E-M5 jpeg processed with all settings at 0 (zero), including no noise reduction.

I prefer the shots from E-M5 than Sony R10 which is (almost) overexposed. Why use +1 on EV?
