Son made these for French II today with others bringing in food.
Macaroons with mascarpone cheese, raspberry jam and almond brittle.

* took 6 hours to make as the first batch didn't come out.
If you ever made these macaroons, they are VERY tricky to make and bake.
So glad the second batch turned out or he'd go to bed at 2am instead of 11:30PM.
