We had an interesting day visiting both the Little and Big Qualicum Rivers.
My cousin Pete, fellow photographer, prefers the Eagles but the Trumpeters are my favourite.
But the surprise for the day was finding this little Harlequin sitting on a rock in the middle
of the Big qualicum, with the water rushing noisily past him. He posed for several shots!!
