Autumn in the Vineyards
The landscape in La Rioja during this time of the year is simply awesome. We would like to share with you some pictures we’ve taken in different places of our region. It’s really a pleasure to make a route stopping by the road from time to time to observe the vineyards and its colours.
The red colour of Tempranillo and Mazuleo, the yellow color of Viura and Malvasía, the green color of Garnacha, that keep the green colour of its leaves almost until they fall down, the ocher color of the vineyards that are about to loose their leaves or, suddenly, find a small tree totally orange, almost as if it would have been painted… And if it’s possible to enjoy the autumn sun as it has been this year, the ocassion can be really just perfect. Moreover, this natural spectacle has the magic of ephemeral things. It lasts a few days (may be two weeks) and then it’s necessary to wait until the next year.
