Newgrange Neolithic Site, Bru na Boinne, County Meath, Ireland.

Brú na Bóinne is a World Heritage Site and is the largest and one of the most important Megalithic sites in Europe from the Neolithic period. The complex is situated on bend in the River Boyne.

The site was built before the Egyptian pyramids with a level of sophistication and knowledge of science and astronomy, which is most evident in the passage grave of Newgrange.
