Maroon-breasted Crowned Pigeon has another name, it is called Southern Crowned Pigeon. It is a large, terrestrial pigeon confined to southern lowland forests of New Guinea.
The average length of it is about 70 cm and the average weight is about 2.25 kg. This Maroon-breasted Crowned Pigeon was rested on an artificial nest.
