Grow Grow the Windress Tree!

On the approach to Inchnadamph a lone tree caught my attention on driving in on the Friday. We returned on the Saturday and were lucky to get a few moments when the sun hit it for brief moment. Now named the Windress Tree as on parking their car off the road John & Jenny Windress discovered a rather lovely bit of slightly buried Cambrian quartzite which decided to remove the lower skirt around the front grill of their car. Well if they will go for these sporty numbers. My duct tape to rescue! According to a Land Rover forum you only need two tools - if it doesn't move and it should - WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - duct tape. I always have both:-)

Yep, you nailed it Chris. Love the splash of light on the dark hill, which complements the golden tree perfectly. :)

A superb smack in the face shot with the bright golden foreground and the dramatic dark background.
Yes this is a real beauty.
