This was shot from outside our hotel, the 5* Inverlodge Hotel (Highly Recommended.

I deliberately did not correct the verticals in this shot so as to maintain the detail and structure in the Milky way. Although I did not see it at the time, I was pleasantly surprised when processing this image to see a band of green tint on the lower horizon meaning there must have been some minor Aurora activity that night!!
