BLU WGN rests at the "terminal" of Wendover Airport at Wendover, Utah. The terminal and control tower were built during WW2 as part of a large military installation. Today, these facilities are part of the civilian infrastructure. The control tower is not operational but visitors may climb the stairs to the top.
BLU WGN was built in 1986 and served in the Listorama Motor Pool
(civilian duty) through mid-2007.
