In a great gesture of friendship, Jim invited me to be copilot and ride around with him in his very cool 1933 Plymouth for the cruise from Baltimore to Havre de Grace, Maryland and back that is part of this event. Jim is the consummate hot rodder. Not only did he do all the mechanical work on his car, he chopped the top, painted it and did the upholstery. Very few people have all those skills. This is an image of him as we drove down I-95 in Maryland on the way back to Baltimore. A month and a few weeks previous to this, this very same car did 132 mph at Bonneville. Needless, to say - this was a very enjoyable ride and one of the highlights of my car show photo adventures.
