Side entrance to the Stables
Antoni Gaudí devises the stables in a functional way. The wall of the entire building has a mortar base of Garraf stone and an upper art using adobe ( a cheap material which has excellent insulation properties made from doughy clay and poured into plank moulds) reinforced by rows of brick and covered with false mosaic decortion. All the doors of the arrangement are formed by means of parabolic archways that are made from brick
