These memorials to Wesley D. Shepherd (1925-2006) and Terry W. Shepherd (1948-2007) are at Floy, Utah, on the shoulder of the westbound entrance ramp of Interstate 70. The Floy exit is number 175 and used to be named "Ranch Exit."I had stopped near the top of the ramp to do something and noticed the memorials.

I always assume that roadside memorials mark the general, if not specific, location of a person’s death. I wonder if that applies here because the deaths occurred in two consecutive years.
