Left over from a time when small farms would have covered the wide open landscape makes me wonder what it would have looked like before farming. Like this photo and the light given to it by the time of day it was taken.

Wow! This is wide open land... it brings me on mind Tierra de Campos, a flat region in Spain that we crossed this summer coming back from Galicia. When I see such kind of old buildings, I try to imagine the people who lived there... endika
