The Fremont people lived in what is now known as the Nine Mile Canyon for nearly a thousand years. They left wonderful art still to be seen there in many locations. It is unknown why they left around 800 years ago. Many images here in this panel for your interpretation. The is in an area called the Daddy Canyon Complex. Note the bullit holes. We saw a number of panels vandalized in this way.
