Mushrooming

We were promised an Indian Summer this week but unfortunately it hasn't arrived.
Instead, we've got mild wet weather, perfect for mushrooms and fungi.

Mushrooms go well in spag bol sauce, which in turn goes well on a cold, wet day. But I doi agree with Ann, it's a lot safer to get them from the supermarket. They look like some kind of alien invader (as we see in this shot) for a reason!
