September 20

Sugar Land, Texas

Routine.
I dislike too much of the same thing.
Don't get me wrong, routine helps with efficiency... but it doesn't help creativity.
Many years ago, I would drive to work via different routes throughout the month. It broke the routine.
I even switched hands when brushing my teeth, just to mix it up now and then.
Now a days, I seem to stay more on course... taking the same route every morning and evening.

#20 for the ALL ABOUT ME challenge for September.

brushing teeth with the opposite hand- that is truly a sign of hating routine. I alternate which shoe I put on what foot each time. Left yesterday, right today- stupid but I avoid routine as well. They talk about routine in the police academy, to avoid it. to never do the dames things all the time as it make you an easy target, so your dislike it's actually more like a defense mechanism.

Too many cops eat at the same time, same place and patrol the same routes! yeah, break up that routine. Just always brush with the same hand!

And taking a picture every now and then...
By the way, I'm a totally routine lover, so boring for other people but not for me :)
