Nice composition; it's all about the architectural shapes, as befits a rebuilding project. Placing the dumpster in front works both literally and metaphorically given the "can't make an omelette without breaking eggs" principle; there will be a lot of tearing down and throwing out to do before the new can come in. Finally the absence of people in the shot gives it a sense of anticipation more than actuality; something that's about to begin, rather than something in full swing.
