I love Tropical flowers. I'm fortunate to live in a warm climate, so I get to enjoy flowers almost all year.

This is really so beautiful!

I have about given up on gardening down here. The extreme heat will kill nearly everything except for native plants and the cost of water to keep plants alive is unbelievable and many times a waste of water. What I would grow on the east coast in sun many times requires shade to survive in Texas. So I go to the arboretum and let someone else do the work and the watering while I enjoy the fruits of their labor. I guess that makes me a lazy, cheap gardener!
